Can Payment be made by Cash or by Cash deposit machine?
No. All payment must be done by the selected option at the checkout page.

Can customers place orders via Whatsapp or email?
No. All customers MUST place your order at our website because every orders received through the website officially will be recorded into our system.

Can customers have cash refund for the received/defect item?
No. We do not accept refunds. You can change into same items or instead over priced. You can refer to Return Policy.

How long does it take for customers to receive items ordered?
Depends on the received orders and delivery area. Please take note that processing orders during a sales campaign will take more time than usual due to long orders queue .
Normal process time/day (working day):
– 2 days –> process and packing
– 1 day  –> collection by distribution agent
– 1 day  –> delivery

What courier do we use?
POSLaju is our distribution partner. You can track your order here.

Can you self-collect your orders?
No. We are based online shop.

Why are the colors different on every device?
The color tone of the items slightly different with the actual color tone of the item due to the screen resolution, monitor brightness and contrast.

Can customers change or cancel the placed orders?
No. Once orders already purchase, it is cannot be replaced or canceled.

Can customers edit their shipping address?
Yes. Please notify us within the same day of your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order is collected by our distribution agent.

Do I have to pay customs duty for the items I order from NAI EXCLUSIVE?
When the items have arrived in your country, it might be subjected to import duties and taxes.
(Additional charges for custom clearance must be paid by you. Contact your local customs office for further information)
